GENERAL ORDER PLACEMENT: Our breads are baked fresh daily as ordered and delivered overnight. We welcome standing orders as well as daily orders and adjustments. Orders are placed using our online ordering system for the most efficient and accurate service. You can also edit orders as many times as you like before 2pm for next day deliveries via the online portal.
ORDER CUTOFF: All orders must be placed before 2pm (for that evening’s delivery). Any order cancellations must be submitted by 2pm as well.
SPECIALTY/CUSTOM ITEMS: Please note that some custom cakes and specialty items require a 2-day notice. Some custom or logo items may need up to a week’s notice. Cancellation may not be possible on specialty and custom items and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Required notice for specific specialty items are listed at the bottom of the page.
LATE ORDERS AND ADD ONS: We can take add ons for a limited selection of products up until 4pm. Orders placed after 2pm may be subject to substitutions. We will always do our best to accommodate late add ons and requests. However, placing your orders before 2pm helps ensure accuracy and availability of product.
DELIVERY MINIMUMS: All accounts must meet our delivery minimum for their area.
ORDER ISSUES: If there is a problem with an order you receive, please call, or email us immediately so we can address and remedy the issue. Credits must be issued the same day your order is delivered. Replacement or credits will not be issued on past orders.
